I’ve been waiting 10 years to buy one and I’m really pleased with it; it works really well, and the battery lasted the whole time I was using it! Make sure you go over the same strand of hair at least twice. The only downside I could mention is that there was more hair in the sink than in the little plastic container. But it doesn’t bother me; it’s no worse than cutting it with scissors and getting hair everywhere !

Effective but Use Carefully
It works well and I have fewer split ends. I think I started halfway down my long hair, and that was a mistake. Now my front strands are cut short, it looks like I’ve had a fringe cut. My hair is softer and no longer needs cutting. A tip: only do this on the bottom 4 inches of your hair. Be careful not to start any higher than that, otherwise your hair will end up shorter.
